The column armoire

A bog oak column armoire designed as a design proposal for the Danish SE 2018 cabinetmakers guild exhibition.

A contemporary expression of a classic armoire cabinet, crafted in solid bog oakwood, with custom made brass fittings.

The interior of the armoire has the possibility to be bespoke fitted according to the Clients desire, such as:

• A collector’s treasure cabinet.
• A lady's personal treasures.
• A home office of a lady or gentleman.
• Anything your heart desires.
  

The millennium bog oak round table

The millennium bog oak design was conceived as our proposal for the Danish cabinetmaker’s guild exhibition SE 2019, with the theme re-think, re-use, re-duce. As a re-interpretation of the original design idea being pure solid millennium bog oak wood.

The table shown are handcrafted by master artisans with vintage bog millennium oak, which gives a silky-smooth surface, which with tender loving care ensures a long life for generations to come. As a treasured family heirloom.

The inlaid surfaces are in charcoal desktop linoleum, which brings a unique contemporary character to the classic round table.

The table are designed to be extendable, seating from 4 up to 10 people with 3 extension leaves.

The table can be crafted bespoke in white oak, or vintage millennium bog oak, in this way ensuring the clients freedom to match their own architectural and interior design style.

The oak wood can be finished in several traditional styles, which have been used for centuries. All of these techniques have natural organic sustainable ingredients as their source of origin, and do not contain any modern artificial chemical compounds.
